Couture Blue Dress with lace over

The material used to make this dress was light blue silk georgette, dark blue silk georgette, black lace. A rhinestone belt goes around the high waist. The shoulders on the lace cover are puffed a little at the top, but go down towards the end of the sleeve. The sleeve is 3/4 sleeve. The sleeves are lined with black ribbon.  The blue silk dress under the cover can be worn without the lace cover and has no sleeves.
