packaging. Certified products display the USDA Organic seal on the

o Fair Trade: Several of our chocolates are Fair Trade USA certified, we

generally do not make fair trade claims on the packaging

• ALLERGENS

o Our chocolates are made in a facility that contains milk, soy, wheat, and

tree nuts. There may be cross-contamination due to shared equipment.

o Peanuts/peanut butter We are a peanut-free facility

o Tree Nuts including Macadamia, almond, coconut, cashew, hazelnut,

pistachio, and pecan are present in the shop and may be used in

conjunction with any chocolate making equipment

o Dairy is an ingredient in all milk chocolates and white chocolates as well

as dark chocolate ganache. Dark and milk chocolate equipment may be

shared

o Gluten is contained in products such as pretzels and Grahams but

generally not in traditional chocolates such as truffles, cremes, caramels,

and molded items

o Soy lecithin has been replaced by sunflower lecithin in most of our

chocolates
